The terms, in plain English.

Mo is a real estate intelligence platform designed for licensed real estate agents and brokerages. She reads what buyers and sellers carry into a real estate decision, then matches them to active listings and prepares the agent for the conversation that comes next.

Mo is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation. The platform is operated by Momentus Real Estate Group, LLC, a Texas-licensed real estate brokerage (License No. 9014872), and is the proprietary work of Maureen Cappallo, Texas Real Estate Broker (License No. 620163). Mo and the Mo word mark are trademarks of Momentus Real Estate Group, LLC. The underlying methods are patent pending.

You must be at least eighteen years old, a licensed real estate professional in good standing, and operating in a jurisdiction we serve in order to use Mo. Access is granted by invitation only during the private beta period. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe access is being misused, shared, or used in a way that conflicts with these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Mo accounts are personal to the invited user and may not be shared, transferred, or sold. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at the address below.

You may use Mo to support your work as a licensed real estate professional. You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or publicly display any output, brief, or interface element generated by Mo without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to reconstruct the methodology, scoring system, or any underlying logic.
• Use Mo to mislead a client, evade required disclosures, or substitute the platform’s output for your own professional judgment as a licensed agent.
• Use Mo in connection with any activity that violates Fair Housing laws, the Texas Real Estate License Act, the rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission, or any other applicable law.

Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access.

Mo is a tool. She is not a real estate agent. Every match, brief, insight, and recommendation Mo produces is intended to support a licensed agent’s work. It is not a substitute for the advice, judgment, fiduciary duty, or licensed expertise of the agent serving the client.

You, the licensed agent, remain solely responsible for:

• The advice you give your clients.
• The accuracy of any information you communicate.
• Compliance with Fair Housing, TREC, TDPSA, and all other applicable laws and regulations.
• Disclosures, contractual obligations, and the overall conduct of every transaction.

Mo’s output is informational only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, appraisal, or investment advice.

Mo presents active real estate listings sourced through licensed real estate data partners and refreshed on a regular basis. While we work to keep the data current and accurate, we do not warrant that every listing reflects real-time market state, and listings may be added, modified, or withdrawn between refreshes. You should verify current status directly with the listing source before acting.

The Mo platform, including its interface, methodology, output, and any documentation you receive during the private beta, is confidential and proprietary. By accepting access, you agree to:

• Keep the platform and its output confidential.
• Not publish screenshots, briefs, or methodology descriptions to public channels without our written permission.
• Not describe the platform’s mechanism, scoring system, or internal categorizations to anyone outside your direct working relationship with us.

This obligation survives termination of your access.

Mo, the Mo word mark, the methodology, the visual identity, the underlying data models, and all platform code are owned by Momentus Real Estate Group, LLC. The methodology is patent pending. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use Mo for the purposes described in these Terms during the active beta period. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of the client information you input into Mo. You grant us a limited license to process that information to operate the platform, generate matches and briefs, and improve the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, end of the private beta, or change of program. You may stop using Mo at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the Real Estate Advisory Disclaimer, Confidentiality of the Beta, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law and Disputes) will survive.

Mo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentus Real Estate Group, LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Mo, including any reliance on Mo’s output or any decision made based on information the platform provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Mo will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00), or, if greater, any fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email. Continued use of Mo after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
